HEY EVERYONE! IM SO EXCITED TO SHOW YOU THIS CAREER! I WAS INSPIRED BY THE NETFLIX SERIES SELLING SUNSET. IN THIS SERIES THERE ARE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN WORKING HARD TO ESTABLISH THEMSELVES IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET. I LOVED THE FASHION, THE HOUSES, AND OF COURSE THE HIGH COMMISSIONS!
SO I SET OUT TO MAKE A SIMILAR CAREER IN THE SIMS. THIS CAREER HAS TEN LEVELS. EACH LEVEL WILL HAVE ITS OWN SET OF OBJECTIVES FOR YOUR SIM TO DO IN ORDER TO GET A PROMOTION.
I HATED HOW THERE WERE NO CAREERS IN THE SIMS THAT LET YOU MAKE AN INSANE AMOUNT OF MONEY, SO IT ALWAYS TOOK FOREVER TO DO A RAGS-TO-RICHES CHALLENGE. THIS CAREER IS A GREAT WAY TO START OUT AS A ROOKIE WORKING LONG HOURS, NOT MAKING THAT MUCH MONEY AND WITH HARD WORK YOU CAN BE MAKING UP TO 10,000.00 AN HOUR WORKING A FEW HOURS A WEEK! PLEASE TAG ME IN YOUR VIDEOS TRYING THIS MOD!
I DIDN'T ASSIGN ANY UNIFORMS FOR THIS CAREER SO FEEL FREE TO DRESS YOUR SIM AS FANCY AS YOU WANT AS THEY MOVE UP THE RANKS!
Once you join the Blue Ridge Realty Group you will be a rookie: Each level will have its own set of promotion requirements but i didn't include them so it will be more of a surprise once you join the career.
Next is the office assistant. Its basically like you're working in the office until you pass your real estate exam. Then you will be able to sell houses.
Next, you gotta study hard and get your real estate license so you can start selling houses! i wanted there to be a way to actually take a test but for now, once you finish your promotion tasks you will just "take it when you go to work" and then get your promotion.
The marketing director is in charge of posting the houses and getting the word out there! Get your writing skills up to attract the best and highest-paying clients!
Next, you gotta network, network, network!! Throw the hottest parties, and get to know millionaire clients! The more people you know, the more houses you will sell, and the higher commissions you will make!
There are a few more positions and then the highest level will be a gold-level agent!
ONLY THE BEST SIMS WILL MAKE IT TO THE TOP! BUT IT WILL BE SO WORTH IT WHEN YOU DO!
